1. Deal Terms​

All transactions must be clearly defined before initiation. The deal description must include:

• The product or service being exchanged
• Full identity of the Seller and the Buyer
• The duration/term of the deal
• Consequences in the event of a breach
• The inspection/review period for goods or services
• The specific responsibilities of each party, including what each party is not liable for
• Any other relevant conditions mutually agreed upon by both parties

2. Transaction Amount​

• Currency: USD
• Minimum transaction: $1
• Maximum transaction: $1,000,000
• Funding: All transactions are funded from your internal wallet on CraxShop.com

3. Service Commission & Fees​

• Auto-Escrow platform fee: 5% (deducted from the total transaction amount)
• Standard product listing fee: 15% (applies to regular marketplace listings only)
• Withdrawal fee for Escrow transactions: None

When using the Auto-Escrow service, sellers are not subject to the standard 15% listing fee. Only the 5% Escrow platform fee applies. There are no additional withdrawal fees on Escrow payouts.

4. Support & Dispute Resolution​

In the event of a dispute, either party may invite a Support Member at any time by clicking "Need Help? Invite Support to Chat" within the Auto-Escrow chat.

The Support Member will review the case based on:

• The written conditions of the deal
• The internal Auto-Escrow chat history between both parties

Support Fee:

• Rate: 5% of the total transaction amount
• Minimum fee: $5
• Maximum fee: $100
• The fee applies regardless of who initiated the dispute or who wins
• The fee is deducted from the total transaction amount

By invoking support, both parties agree to the Support Member's final and binding decision, which cannot be appealed under any circumstances.
