1. Can we get a refund if the card is live but has no balance?
Answer: No, you cannot get a refund in this case. You are only eligible for a replacement.
2. Can we get a refund if the cards are not live?
Answer: Yes, you can receive a refund if the cards are not live.
3. You mentioned there is $500 balance on the card. Why can’t we get a full refund?
Answer: Because we do not receive our products for free, and the cost of obtaining them is very high. For this reason, only a partial refund can be offered in such cases.
