3. Service Availability
NiuProxy aims to provide stable and reliable proxy services. However, temporary interruptions, IP changes, maintenance, network conditions, or third-party infrastructure issues may occasionally affect service availability or performance.Proxy performance may vary depending on the target website, location, network conditions, and other external factors.
4. Refunds & Credits
Refunds or account credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances and the type of service purchased.Used traffic, consumed proxy resources, expired services, or issues caused by factors outside NiuProxy's control may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Proxy Replacement
For applicable proxy products, NiuProxy may replace unavailable or non-working IPs according to the relevant product plan and technical conditions.Replacement policies may vary between Residential, ISP, Mobile, Datacenter, and Unlimited Residential products.
6. Payment
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payments through the available payment methods.All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
7. PAY2 Discount
Coupon code PAY2 provides 10% OFF eligible recharge transactions.The discount applies to the recharge amount and may be subject to applicable promotional terms. NiuProxy reserves the right to modify or end promotional offers at any time.
8. Abuse & Suspension
NiuProxy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in illegal activity, fraud, abuse, network attacks, service disruption, or violations of these terms.In serious cases, services may be terminated without refund.
9. Service-Specific Terms
Different proxy products may have different limitations, session requirements, bandwidth restrictions, concurrency limits, traffic policies, and replacement policies.Customers should review the applicable product specifications before purchasing.
