4. AI Content
AI-generated replies may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review your settings, business information, and automated replies.
You remain fully responsible for all messages sent from your account.
5. Privacy and Security
You are responsible for handling contact data, conversation data, browser profiles, and API keys lawfully and securely.
6. Payments, Refunds, and Expiry
Monthly and yearly licenses expire unless renewed. Lifetime means the supported commercial lifetime of the purchased software edition.
Refund requests must be made within [REFUND PERIOD]. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Suspension
A license may be suspended or revoked for non-payment, key sharing, fraud, abuse, prohibited use, or breach of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The software is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful campaigns, accurate AI output, message delivery, or protection from WhatsApp restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
